Ticket Refund Policy
All tickets purchased for NO STRANGERS are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizers.
In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and eligible for a refund in accordance with the organizers' refund process.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded due to a change of mind, inability to attend, late arrival, or failure to attend the event.
The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who violates the event rules or presents an invalid, duplicated, altered, or fraudulent ticket.
