  • Grant Tix RSVP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and promote that content for platform-related purposes;

  • Confirm that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.

Tix RSVP reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or harmful to users or the brand.

5. Event Organizers and Ticket Buyers

If you are an event organizer, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that event information is accurate and updated;

  • Setting refund, cancellation, and ticket policies clearly on your event page;

  • Complying with all local laws and event regulations.

If you are a ticket buyer, you agree to review the event’s terms (including refund or cancellation policies) before purchasing. Tix RSVP is not liable for disputes between organizers and attendees but may intervene at its discretion to ensure fairness.

6. Payments and Fees

All ticket sales, commissions, and fees processed through Tix RSVP are handled securely via our approved payment gateways.
By using Tix RSVP’s payment system, you agree to our Payment Terms and understand that:

  • Tix RSVP may charge service fees for certain transactions;

  • Refunds, when applicable, are subject to the event organizer’s refund policy;

  • Tix RSVP is not responsible for chargebacks, errors from third-party payment processors, or delays caused by banks or payment services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tix RSVP provides its services “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties—express or implied—about:

  • The accuracy or reliability of event listings;

  • The availability or uninterrupted access to the Platform;

  • The suitability of the Platform for your specific needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tix RSVP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Event cancellations or modifications;

  • Data loss, unauthorized access, or system errors;

  • Third-party actions or omissions.

9. Modifications to Terms

Tix RSVP reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tix RSVP immediately, without notice, for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Breach of these Terms;

  • Fraudulent or illegal activities;

  • Misuse of the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately, but obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination will remain enforceable.
